Returns, Replacements and Refunds
Please rest assured that we will take all reasonable care to ensure your purchase is delivered to you in a usable and undamaged condition. If for any reason it arrives in a damaged state, please just take a picture of it and share with us within 12 hours of receiving it. It is pretty simple after that, you don’t have to return it to us; we will ship you a replacement.
In the event that you receive an unusable/damaged product, we will replace it with the same product or any other product from our range of your choice, of the same value. Afterall, everyone deserves a second chance!
Order/s once placed
We are sure you took your time in arriving at the decision to make a purchase. Hence, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
